PASTA CLASS
Any Italian will tell you that making pasta is an art form. In a society where we're often detatched from where our food comes from, I sought to capture this slow, methodical process in all its intricacies. Though this multigenerational, Italian chef is clad in a Michelin-star restaurant looking chef jacket, she's not afraid to get her hands dirtied and caked in flour. I honed in on both the precision of every little chop, and the satisfying finished product that bears resemlance to the stringy pasta we know and love.
